Longer Life Expectancy

Germans live much longer than they think. According to a survey by the German Insurance Association, Germans underestimate their life expectancy by almost five years. Younger people have a hard time estimating their statistical lifespan. The older, however, correctly estimate their life expectancy. On average, most assume the age is around 83 years. According to this study, the actual life expectancy is around 88 years.
