refugees
A right to stay for refugees, no deportations to Afghanistan: This was
what more than 300 people demanded on Friday, December 7, in Tübingen. The alliance Bleiberecht Tübingen had called for a demonstration.
Speakers recalled the Declaration of
Human Rights proclaimed 70 years
ago on December 10th and criticized
current policies not only in Germany.
The demonstrators demanded not to
fight the refugees, but the causes for
fleeing. And they plead for solidarity
as an alternative to isolationism and
racism.
