6000 viewers for tünews INTERNATIONAL
“Now I’m motivated”, said Reem Al Sagheer as she heard the latest tünews INTERNATIONAL figures. 6000 views on one of our online posts isn’t uncommon, and sometimes we reach 15,000 viewers. The 20-year-old student Reem works with refugees in the editorial office of the media project. At a workshop in Bad Liebenzell from December 6-8, 201, she learned how popular her work is. We can measure or viewership since the launch of our homepage, www.tunewsinternational.com. The site measures all clicks on the website. The approximately 20 assembled editors, volunteers, BufDis, mini jobbers, student trainees and full-time staff (Wolfgang Sannwald and Martin Klaus) were very satisfied: Four years of continuous development work since the first edition on December 1, 2015 have paid off.
Editor Wolfgang Sannwald leitete die News-Labore vom 9. auf 10. November 2019 in Nagold und vom 6. bis 8. Dezember 2019 in Bad Liebenzell. Ziele waren die Klärung des Selbstverständnisses von tünews INTERNATIONAL, das Einüben des Verfassens von sachorientierten Meldungen und damit die Ausrichtung von tünews INTERNATIONAL. Zur Orientierung setzte sich das Redaktionsteam auch mit dem Begriff Heimat auseinander. Das Medienprojekt will Menschen, die nach Integration in Deutschland streben, Informationen bieten.
