Do children with a different mother tongue learn German better or worse? Are there disadvantages to children growing up with several languages? Professor Annick De Houwer from the University of Erfurt will talk about these questions and more in an online lecture on Tuesday, 21st July from 6:00 to 7:30 pm at the Volkshochschule Tübingen. De Houwer has published several textbooks and research papers on multilingualism in early childhood. The lecture is on the online platform Zoom. The participation is free of charge.
