Intercultural Week 2020 in Tübingen

Starting on Sunday, September 27th and going through Tuesday, October 6th, Germany celebrates the Intercultural Week. This year’s motto is, “Live together, grow together”. The aim of the Intercultural Week is to provide information on the topics of migration and integration and to offer intercultural experiences for people to take part in. Changes for those returning from travel

In Baden-Württemberg, there is a new regulation for travelers. Starting on Wednesday, September 16th, only returnees from risk areas can be tested at the Corona test stations in the state – not all travel returnees. Currently, there are test stations at the airports of Stuttgart, Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden and Friedrichshafen, at Stuttgart Central Station and at the freeway service stations Neuenburg/Ost and Kemmental/Ost. Volunteers share their experiences

During the Tübingen Intercultural Week, an exhibition will take place in the District Office Tübingen, in which volunteers will share their experiences with refugees. The touching, funny and personal stories are printed on posters, which are placed outside between the buildings of the Tübingen District Office in the Wilhelm-Keil-Straße 50. The exhibition will run from September 29th to November 1st and is free of charge.
