Male refugees from Syria may file follow-up asylum applications

In November, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) ruled that male refugees between the ages of 18 and 45 who are subjected to military service and come from Syria are entitled to refugee protection. This came about due to the high risk in Syria of forced participation in war crimes and crimes against humanity. Refusal of military service should, therefore, lead to refugee protection. Die Corona-Teststrecke auf dem Tübinger Festplatz will ihre Wartezeiten verkürzen. Deshalb stellt sie ihren Betrieb um – von „Drive in“ auf ein Anmeldesystem. Termine können auf dem Portal www.terminland.de/abstrichstelle-fieberambulanz.tuebingen gebucht werden. An die Teststrecke können sich zum Beispiel PatientInnen wenden, die Symptome einer möglichen Erkrankung haben oder Kontakt zu einer positiv getesteten Person hatten. Die Teststrecke ist Montag bis Samstag zwischen 10 und 17 Uhr geöffnet. Die Fieberambulanz dagegen kümmert sich um PatientInnen, die mit einem positiven Testergebnis kommen oder sonstige Symptome haben und wissen wollen, ob sie Corona-infiziert sind.
