Naturalization tests offered again

Women and men who want to get naturalized into Germany have to take a test. The Tübingen Volkshochschule is offering dates for this test again. There are three opportunities in March: on the 23rd, 24th and 25th. Until July, one test per month follows. The test takes a maximum of one hour. The naturalization test examines the knowledge of the legal and social order as well as the living conditions in Germany. The participants get 33 questions, of which they have to answer 17 correctly. Persons who wish to take the test have to register personally in the secretariat of the Volkshochschule (Katharinenstraße 18). It is important to bring an identification card. The fee of 25€ has to be paid during the registration. Those who pass the test, receive a certificate directly from the Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge (BAMF). The BAMF offers an online questionnaire with which interested people can prepare for the test. It is available under oet.bamf.de. Choose Baden-Württemberg as the state. All questions in the naturalization test can be downloaded. For this, visit the website bamf.de and enter the keywords “Gesamtfragenkatalog zum Test”, “Leben in Deutschland” and “Einbürgerungstest“ into the search engine.
