Vaccination without appointment in the District of Tübingen

The vaccination bus from the Tübingen vaccination center is currently driving to many places within the District of Tübingen. Doctors in mobile teams from the German Red Cross (DRK) vaccinate on-site without an appointment. Those who want to get vaccinated only have to bring an identity document. First as well as second vaccinations are possible. Available vaccines are Biontech/Pfizer and Janssen (“Johnson&Johnson”), from which you can choose. From now until 5th September, stops in Starzach, Hirrlingen, Rottenburg-Dettingen, Bodelshausen, Mössingen-Öschingen, Kusterdingen and Tübingen-Hirschau are planned. Despite training or studies: hurdles in the recognition of foreign qualifications

And: “I want to be on the safe side, with a certificate in my hand.” But she has to overcome high hurdles to achieve this. The German authorities only partially recognise her school-leaving certificate and her studies in Syria. The responsible regional council in Stuttgart certified her as having the “level of an intermediate educational qualification” in 2019. Impfaktion des Asylzentrum Tübingen

Das Asylzentrum Tübingen veranstaltet gemeinsam mit der Fachabteilung Hilfen für Geflüchtete der Stadt Tübingen auf Initiative von Dr. Mickeler eine Impfaktion. Jede und jeder, der sich impfen lassen möchte, kann am Mittwoch, 1. September zwischen 16 und 18 Uhr in die Europastraße 37, Raum 25 kommen. Die Impfungen werden mit Biontech durchgeführt. Wer sich impfen lassen möchte, sollte den Impfausweis mitbringen. Vor Ort werden SprachmittlerInnen und DolmetscherInnen u.a. der Sprachen Dari, Farsi und Arabisch sein.
