Beschäftigungsduldung für 30 Monate: Die Landesregierung informiert über die Voraussetzungen

Das Land Baden-Württemberg wird in den nächsten Wochen rund 10.000 Personen in einem Schreiben persönlich und aktiv über die Möglichkeit der „Beschäftigungsduldung“ informieren. Diese Personen sind „geduldet“ und gehen einer Beschäftigung nach. Durch ein negatives Asylverfahren sind sie jedoch eigentlich ausreisepflichtig.
