The Tübingen Tafel is taking a break from December 21st to January 8th of the new year. The Tafel in Rottenburg is also taking a break with immediate effect and will reopen on January 7th. This will allow those working there to take a break for the holidays and the new year. However, the Christmas break in Rottenburg began three days earlier than usual this year due to the pandemic situation. The State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information in Baden-Württemberg has prohibited the city of Tübingen from using police data for a list of “conspicuous” asylum seekers.
