Covid-19 test station reopened

Many travelers bring back unwanted souvenirs from their vacation: The Corona Virus. Consequently, the test station at the Tübinger Festplatz has been opened again, as the administrative district office of Tübingen informs. There, travelers who return from their stay abroad, can get tested for free. Before going to the test station, regardless if one is showing symptoms or not, one should call their general practitioner. If they send the returners to the test station, it is important to bring one’s health insurance card. The test station is open Monday through Saturday, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. In the morning, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., those who do not show any symptoms can get tested. During the afternoon, between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., people who have symptoms can get tested. Everyone should bring a verification about their stay abroad. This can be an airplane or train ticket, or a receipt from a hotel or a restaurant. Until the test result has arrived, returning travelers from risk areas have to go into quarantine. Returners from non-risk areas are asked to do this voluntarily.
