There are no more appointments at the Jobcenter or the employment agency and you can’t do anything there in person anymore. All requests and applications can be handled informally by e-mail ( Jobcenter-LK-Tuebingen@jobcenter-ge.de ) or online (www.arbeitsagentur.de/eServices ). You can also throw letters into the house mailbox. This also applies to reporting unemployment, in case of dismissal or applying for social benefits. The Employment Agency stresses that there are no disadvantages in not being able to come in person. The ability of both institutions to work is guaranteed and the payment of financial benefits has top priority.
