The Federal Ministry for Families supports mothers with a migration background with its program “Strong at Work”. The program will run until mid-2022. The objective of the program is to support employable mothers individually on their way into employment. Among other things, women receive support in organizing childcare, getting degrees recognized, finding an internship, apprenticeship or job as well as qualification and training for certificate exams. There are about 90 contact points nationwide. They offer consultation and information to all questions and show possibilities for funding.
