The so-called “Dispositions-Kredit” or short Dispo is a credit that the bank can grant for a current account. This means you can overdraw your account with it. The bank decides how much credit can be granted. That depends on the income and the repayment possibilities. If you want to have a Dispo, you have to make an appointment at the bank and ask for an approval. Caution: if you have a Dispo and you overdraw your account, there will be additional costs. These costs are the interest which has to be paid to the bank.
