kopfundherz Urban pop from Stuttgart by Penelope Hoeth “kopfundherz”, it means head and heart, are Chillhan, Don Jahin, Rager the Rager and Rian. The band from Stuttgart makes German Urban Pop, Hip Hop and Rap. At the 4ALL Intercultural Fest in the Epplehaus Tübingen they played songs from their album “Mukke oder Tod”. Cooking Chili and Maqluba by Sylvia Haden It is 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon. The “intercultural kitchen forum” for adults to meet, exchange thoughts, cook—and of course, to eat begins. Many boxes of food arrive. The first shift of the kitchen crew consists of the initiators of the cooking event themselves: Karl, Jacky and Lulieta from the Hausgemeinschaft LU 15 (Ludwigstraße) and Sylvia from tünews INTERNATIONAL. Der Sound-Techniker zum Beispiel ist jemand, den man bei keiner Veranstaltung vergessen darf. Unser Techniker beim 4. ALL-Festival war Carlo Heimisch. Seine Aufgabe war es, die Musik am Laufen zu halten, die Soundchecks durchzuführen und dafür zu sorgen, dass zwischen den Auftritten der einzelnen Bands nicht zu viel Zeit liegt. DJ Linda Der richtige Mix aus der Redaktion Linda haben wir schon einmal vorgestellt, als wir über ihre Karriere in Zusammenhang mit dem 4all Fest im letzten Jahr berichtet haben. „Dieses Mal habe ich mich vorbereitet und mir viele Gedanken gemacht, wie ich die Stücke zusammen mixe”, sagt sie in ihrem Interview bei Radio Wüste Welle. Sehr spannend war ihr Mix aus verschiedenen Genres von Dub über Cumbia bis hin zu elektronischer Folk Music. Die Vagari Für immer Folk! aus der Redaktion Die Musiker von „Die Vagari“ hielten den Folk hoch. Die Band besteht aus Cristobal Araya, Sofia, Cedric, Paula und Nabeel. Alle fünf waren früher bei „Folklang“ aktiv. Folklang pausiert nach eigenen Angaben zur Zeit aus finanziellen Gründen. Aber wenn eine Tür zu geht, geht oft eine andere auf. In diesem Fall beim 4ALL-Fest im Epplehaus. Die Vagari spielten zehn bis zwölf Songs aus Ländern wie Mazedonien, der Dominikanischen Republik, Chile, Italien, Griechenland, Israel, Algerien, Frankreich und Albanien.
