Es gibt nach Einschätzung des Asylzentrums Tübingen derzeit keine Garantie dafür, dass die Stelle, an der man seine Anträge einreichen muss, regelmäßig geöffnet hat und dass auch alle Faxgeräte in Betrieb sind.
