مساعدة للمستأجرين

Hilfen für Mieterinnen und Mieter
Zum 1. April 2020 sind Regelungen zum Schutz von Mieterinnen und Mietern in Kraft getreten, die noch bis 30. Juni gelten. Demnach kann ihnen während dieser Zeit nicht wegen ausgefallener Mietzahlungen aufgrund der COVID-19-Pandemie gekündigt werden. Die Miete wird für diesen Zeitraum allerdings niemandem geschenkt. Es können auch Verzugszinsen entstehen. Mietschulden aus dem Zeitraum vom 1. April bis 30. Juni 2020 müssen bis zum 30. Juni 2022 bezahlt werden, sonst kann den Mietern wieder gekündigt werden.
