The public broadcasters offer the possibility to watch TV programs independently from the actual broadcasting. For this purpose, there are the media libraries of ARD, ZDF, 3SAT, Arte as well as the radio broadcasts of Deutschlandfunk and Deutsche Welle, which can also be listened to independently of the broadcast date.
For children, for example, ARD has its own site with films, documentaries and educational programs in Ukrainian:

Public broadcasting is financed by fees paid by citizens. In addition, the broadcasters have advertising revenues. In addition to news, live broadcasts and various TV programs, anyone can watch movies and series in high quality on the platforms. The public broadcasters include ARD, ZDF, Deutschlandradio and the foreign broadcaster Deutsche Welle. Furthermore, the public broadcasters offer joint programs and special interest channels such as Arte, Phoenix, 3sat and Kika.
