Ein pauschales Kopftuchverbot am Arbeitsplatz ist rechtlich nicht zulässig

Ein generelles Kopftuch-Verbot im Staatsdienst etwa für Richterinnen, Lehrerinnen oder Polizistinnen ist verfassungsrechtlich nicht zulässig. Das hat das Bundesverfassungsgericht im Januar 2023 erneut bestätigt und eine Klage des Bundeslands Berlin nicht zugelassen.
