The Ministry of Social Affairs has amended the Corona Ordinance from 9th April. Dentists are now allowed to treat patients in all cases of dental necessity and pain. This means that they are also allowed to ensure that the health of patients with chronic dental diseases does not deteriorate. In the original version of the regulation, dental practices were only allowed to treat acute emergencies. Dentists protested massively against this restriction.
