Only vaccinated, recovered and tested persons are allowed in Tübingen administrative offices

Due to the high number of Corona infections, the 3G rule applies in all buildings run by the city of Tübingen. This means that only those who have been vaccinated, have recovered or have tested negative for Corona are allowed to enter. The professional rapid test may be a maximum of 24 hours old, a PCR test a maximum of 48 hours old. In the Department of Social Affairs, with the departments of Assistance for Refugees and Social Assistance, Corona rapid tests are now available on site only for visitors with a counselling appointment. The reason: The building at Derendinger Straße 50 is far away from the testing stations in the city centre. Consultation hours are Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 to 11:30. Appointments for this should be made in advance, the city of Tübingen writes in a press release. The 3G rule applies in the town hall at the market place, in the citizens’ office, in the technical town hall and in all other offices of the city administration. In the public library, the 2G rule applies. Only vaccinated and recovered persons may enter.
