Writing workshop for migrants

Leaving, arriving and moving on. These topics are aimed at people who have left their homeland and found a new home, perhaps a new home, in Tübingen. In a protected space, they can write about selected moments of their experience through impulses. The aim is to find their own expression for what they have experienced, to exchange ideas in the group and to formulate wishes for the future. German language skills (B1) are desirable, but the texts can also be written and translated in the mother tongue.
The writing workshop is led by Sabine Stahl and accompanied by Jutta Verfürth. The Sozialforum Tübingen e.V., working area “Culturally sensitive opening in self-help”, organises the writing workshop in cooperation with the Volkshochschule Tübingen (vhs). The venue is the vhs Tübingen, room 117. Participation is free of charge. Registration is required. Deadline for registration is 11 November.
Group 1: Sat, 19.11, 03.12.22, 21.01, 11.02.23, each 09:30 to 13 hrs.
Group 2: Sat., 19.11., 03.12.22, 21.01., 11.02.23, in each case 14 to 17:30 hrs.
