A direct bus will take passengers from Tübingen to Stuttgart’s main railway station without changing. The offer runs until Tuesday, 5 September. The bus starts at the Tübingen bus station in front of the main station. From Monday to Friday, the bus departs at 5.10 a.m. and between 6.10 a.m. and 10.40 p.m. every half hour. In Stuttgart, the first bus to Tübingen leaves on weekdays at 6.05 am. From Monday to Friday, it runs every 30 minutes between 7.05 am and 11.35 pm. On weekends it runs less frequently— see timetable. The railway has set up the bus service because of construction work on the train line to the state capital.
