یک قانون جدید باید این امکان را فراهم کند: از دولدونگ تا حق اقامت

Langjährig Geduldete sollen nicht abgeschoben werden

Gut integrierte Geduldete sollen eine Bleibeperspektive bekommen. Darauf hat sich die Landesregierung von Baden-Württemberg geeinigt. Betroffene werden ab sofort nicht mehr abgeschoben. Das gilt für alle Geflüchteten, die nach den Regeln des geplanten Chancen-Aufenthaltsrechts in Deutschland ein Bleiberecht erhalten, wie das baden-württembergische Migrationsministerium in Stuttgart mitteilte. Das Chancen-Aufenthaltsrecht des Bundes soll für alle gelten, die ab 1. Januar 2022 mindestens fünf Jahre lang in Deutschland gelebt haben. Damit soll AusländerInnen ohne gesicherten Aufenthaltstitel in Deutschland eine ständige Bleibeperspektive ermöglicht werden. Allerdings muss vorher noch der Bundestag zustimmen. Current Judgments on Identity Clarification

If refugees don’t have valid passports, it is usually difficult to clarify their identity when a residence permit or settlement permit is issued. In two judgments issued this year, German administrative courts upheld refugees’ claims and ordered the competent foreign authorities to grant them residence rights. حداقل دستمزد به دوازده یورو افزایش می یابد
