One year after the Russian war of aggression in Ukraine, more than eight million Ukrainians are registered as refugees in European countries. A good one million of them live in Germany, reports the Integration media service. Check entitlement to child supplement

Families with low incomes are entitled to the child supplement in addition to the child benefit. This is up to 250 euros per month per child. If there are several children, a total amount is paid. З середини березня, студенти зможуть подати заявку на отримання фінансової допомоги на оплату енергоносіїв в розмірі 200 євро. Для отримання коштів студентам потрібно буде створити BundID (федеральний обліковий запис користувача). Студенти можуть його створити вже зараз. Для цього, потрібно мати посвідчення особи з функцією онлайн-ідентифікації, або сертифікат Elster. Однак коли саме будуть виплачені гроші, поки невідомо. Neues Gesetz kann Aufenthalt für Geduldete ermöglichen

Seit dem 1. Januar 2023 wird durch das neue Chancen-Aufenthaltsrecht ein 18-monatiges Aufenthaltsrecht für geduldete Menschen und Familien ermöglicht. Es steht in § 104c Aufenthaltsgesetz und gilt für Menschen, die seit dem 1. Oktober 2017 oder länger ohne Unterbrechung in Deutschland leben und nur geduldet sind. Weitere Voraussetzungen sind das Bekenntnis zur freiheitlich-demokratischen Grundordnung, keine Straftaten (das heißt nicht über 50 Tagessätze für allgemeine Straftaten oder über 90 für Straftaten nach dem Asyl-/Aufenthaltsrecht) und keine wiederholten vorsätzlichen falschen Angaben über Identität oder Staatsangehörigkeit, durch die die Abschiebung verhindert wird.
