Присудження наукового ступеня доктора наук в університеті називається докторантурою. Hilfsorganisationen kritisieren den EU-Asylkompromiss

April 2024 vom Europäische Parlament verabschiedeten Reform des Gemeinsamen Europäischen Asylsystems (GEAS) (tuenews berichtete: tun24042201) stehen zahlreiche Menschenrechtsorganisationen und Hilfsorganisationen für Geflüchtete sehr kritisch gegenüber. Noch am Vortag der Parlamentssitzung hatten 161 Verbände und NGOs aus aller Welt an das Parlament appelliert, die mit der Reform verknüpften Verschärfungen des Asylrechts nicht zu beschließen. So kritisierte der katholische Dachverband „Caritas Europa“ besonders die Regelungen, „die sich auf die Inhaftierung von Familien und Kindern an den EU-Außengrenzen und auf eine diskriminierende Vorsortierung Schutzsuchender und die Auslagerung der Asylfrage in Drittstaaten“ beziehen. EU agrees on new common asylum policy

EU einigt sich auf neue gemeinsame Asylpolitik

Am 10. April 2024 hat das Europäische Parlament der seit acht Jahren geplanten Reform des Gemeinsamen Europäischen Asylsystems (GEAS) zugestimmt. Diesem sogenannten Asylkompromiss müssen nun im Mai noch alle EU-Länder im Rat der EU zustimmen, was als sicher gilt. Danach treten die beschlossenen Gesetzestexte in Kraft. Sie sehen jedoch für die Länder der EU einen Zeitraum von zwei Jahren für die Umsetzung vor und werden damit erst ab der zweiten Jahreshälfte 2026 angewandt. Die Bundesregierung muss bis Ende dieses Jahres einen Umsetzungsplan vorlegen. Hierzu müssen verschiedene Gesetzesänderungen erarbeitet und beschlossen werden. З 1 квітня в Німеччині дозволено курити марихуану повнолітнім – за умови дотримання певних правил. Бундестаг і Бундесрат ухвалили, що в громадських місцях дозволено мати при собі 25 грамів висушеного канабісу. Вдома кожен, хто досяг 18-річного віку, може мати навіть 50 грамів. Куріння також дозволено в громадських місцях, але не ближче ніж за 100 метрів від шкіл, дитячих садків, молодіжних центрів і спортивних споруд.
